Concentric Policies was founded in September 2023 through the Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program. Charity Entrepreneurship has helped launch 31 charities that are now reaching over 35 million people with their interventions.

Co-Founder
J.T. Stanley
J.T. created his own degree—Advocacy and Social Venture Management—at the University of Maryland, College Park. He has worked in the eastern Congo conflict zone for an all-Congolese NGO, established a small virtual reality business in Goma, Congo, and spent time on political campaigns.
Advisors
Patrick Stadler
Patrick is co-founder and chair of the board of New Incentives, a GiveWell-recommended nonprofit. He helped New Incentives scale to over 100,000 users for their vaccination programme in Nigeria.
Patrick was previously a political advisor for Switzerland’s economic development agency and worked on strategic communications for peacebuilding and mediation at the UN.
Sophia Monica San Luis
Sophia is the co-founder and executive director of ImagineLaw, Inc., a public interest law organization that builds evidence-based, people-centered policy solutions to public health problems. Under Sophia's leadership, ImagineLaw has developed and advocated for over 50 national and sub-national policies in the Philippines.
Sophia is also a legal consultant of the Global Health Advocacy Incubator for the Bloomberg Philanthropies Data for Health Initiative.
Julian Jamison
Dr. Jamison is a Professor of Economics at the University of Exeter and a Senior Researcher at the Global Priorities Institute in Oxford. He has held senior roles at the World Bank, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
Julian earned a PhD in Economics at MIT and has held positions as a fellow or visiting faculty member at HEC Paris, Yale, and Harvard.
Joey Savoie
Joey co-founded Charity Entrepreneurship in 2018 and the organisation has since helped launch numerous high-impact nonprofits through its Incubation Program.
Joey previously founded and led Charity Science Health, a GiveWell incubated, global health charity sending SMS reminders for immunisation appointments in India.
Joel Tan
Joel is the founder of CEARCH, a Charity Entrepreneurship-incubated organization doing cause prioritization research. CEARCH has produced extensive reports on sugar and sodium policies to tackle diabetes and hypertension.
Joel was previously a policy officer in the Singapore government and a consultant specializing in political, economic and policy research. He graduated from the University of Oxford where he read Philosophy, Politics & Economies.
